Identified - Incident Description:
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting saved report templates in ADAMS Classic.
When users open an existing saved report template, previously configured Desired Columns may be missing.

Workaround:
Until the issue is resolved, users can manually add the required columns to the report before generating it.
